not sure if this is the right place to post this question......... but i was just wondering , my parents have tons of pine needles and i was wondering if it would make a good bedding material for the coop floor?

I think that depends upon what kind of pine needle you have available. I put needles from my Aleppo pines in the nest, and the chickens refused to use them. I cleaned them out and replaced the pine needle with pine shavings. That did the trick.

That is just my experience.
