pink dots on head

i just read that someone's roos from welp had red highlighter on them to mark them. well i bought 2 banty chicks from a feedstore an hour away, and they both had pink dots on their heads. dangit. are they both roos? i know one is, but i have been suspicious of the other. they are about 5 weeks old, and they both posture towards each other and fight a little. will a hen posture, or just roos?

My girls like to "dance" with my boys.. as my son says... it's so funny to watch them get all puffed up around the feeder
