'Pink' eggs and bantam chickens

My mother in law wants me to get a couple of the breed of bantams that lay pink eggs.

Any clue what she might be talking about?

I've looked all over Welp Hatchery's site along with a couple other sites and I don't see a breed called 'Easter Eggers?'

Salmon Faverolles possibly. They lay a light tan egg that can some times have a pinkish appearance... They are also wonderful birds - mine are always friendly, even my little roos!
