That is probably dyed, maybe it's done in a way that it will look cool when they are an adult.
Maybe it means its pullet? Idk

I have Asked hatchery if this is their practice just waiting reply. It’s only one in box has this though. We are watching to see if they fall out with baby fluff or not.

Welcome to BYC ! If you don't mind me asking . What hatchery did you get them from ? Looks dyed to me . When it molts you most likely not be pink anymore .

Dyed chicks are said to lose color with permanent feathers at about 12 weeks according to Google so I guess another 4-5 weeks. I bought her as a day old chick April 3
