Hey!!That's weird!! The egg may be "sweating" which means it did die, however that's usually when it has been dead for several days.
The last time I candled them was about two days ago and all were very solid and you could clearly see the air pocket at the base. It’s a homemade incubator so I’m going to assume I’ll have casualties! No movement that I’ve seen...Yeah, that's what I thought! That was just what came to mind. Have you candled your egg? Is it moving?
I'm not certain but this looks quite like the little droplets that ooze out of the shell pores when the embryo has died and gases are building up inside. It is definitely not normal. This usually happens at an earlier stage of incubation and the droplets are usually orange/yellow. Pink would indicate blood in the fluid.
You are in lockdown otherwise I would urge you to remove it and candle it immediately. There is a small possibility of it exploding.
