pink/ red skin

I have an ameraucan chicken about 18 weeks old that has skin around her eyes and beak that is turning very pink. I didn't think much of it but I feel like my silkie is starting to get red skin as well so I'm afraid something may be running through the flock.. Any ideas on what may cause this and treatment options?

This will happen when they reach point of lay, due to hormones. You may see it in places like the legs and feet as well. It's been more prominent in roosters when I've noticed it.
