Pinkish spot in rooster iris

8 week old serama developed this pinkish spot in his eye. My flock is getting thru fowl pox, but this doesn’t look like anything I’ve seen. Any ideas? Doesn’t seem to bother him much, if at all. No other symptoms.

Can you try to flush the eye and use a QTip to move it? It looks either like a corneal ulcer, peck wound, or an infection. I would try using some antibiotic ointment, such as Terramycin 2-4 times daily or consult your vet.
