Pinless Peepers

I added some Pinless peepers to threes of my larger chickens that were picking on my smallest one. How long do I keep them on? I still have one who seems to bully even with the peepers, is isolation my next option for this one?

The peepers should not be loose enough to fall off, if you are having trouble keeping them on then they may not have been correctly applied.

Try isolating the bully for a week and see if that fixes their attitude. If not, try isolating a bit longer
