Pinning knife - Where to buy in Ontario/Canada?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a Canadian company that sells pinning knives? I definitely need one in a few weeks. Even better if they sell other poultry processing equipment... killing cone, lung scraper...

I find a butter knife works great... I scrape out lungs with my fingers and I use a traffic cone for a killing cone.......

I don't know how much help this is, but to me they look just like the striping knives sold for terrier dogs. If you can't find one, try a show dog catalog. Pet Edge probably sells them and Three C's would sell them. Those are USA companies, but I know they sell into Canada.

Or, the show dog people in Canada (there are a lot of them) buy all their show supplies from somewhere.
