Pip and Starting to Zip! Black Copper Marans.

Of course I am work, but this morning I saw the first pip, day 21, right on schedule. Could hear the peeps from the egg, well at least one. From the feedback at home, it has started to zip a little, but is taking a break. I will get some pics when i get home, I hate these long days. I have 8 set, and only one pip so far. These were mailed eggs, so I have my fingers crossed. I was concerned with temp and humidity, but alas, I was just OCD'ing. My humidity is at 65%, temp 100F and has been rock steady. So, we'll see, hopefull I will have some fuzzy butts soon. It's always exciting. Anyone else pipping and zipping?? Let's gets some pictures going!

I had one hatch at 1:30am and two overnight. As you can see, I had some issues getting the humidity up. You can see the one that took a while with the side pip. Nice toe feathering
