Pip but stopped... Is that normal?

We are on Day 22! Had given up hope when I came in this morning had a pip in one of 7 eggs that were moving on lock down. It is 6 1/2 hours later there is no change. When should it unzip... So Anxious!!! I have even placed a chicken chirping speaker on top of the bator to encourage...

Should I worry?

It should be fine, give it more time.

6-48 hours is pretty normal from start of pip to hatched chick.
