I would watch what is happening before intervening. Getting them out of the egg is dangerous and many times kills them. And if you do get them out, many times they have deformaties and die or you have to cull them. Natures way of weeding out the weak ones.
However, many times they do pip at the wrong end and still hatch out fine. Grow up to be healthy babies. So let this little guy do his thing and if at the very end, when he is zipping and possibly stuck, you can then help him out a bit. Be careful not to rip any blood veins that may still be attached. And don't open the egg too soon while he is not only still connected, but attempting to absorb the last of the egg yolk.
