piping and some hatching...How long???

Hi there to all,Been awhile for me since the last Chicken drama!
Glad to say my Superbroody gal is on 9 eggs...Three have hatched and from 7am this morning others had piping and cheeping.
BUT it is nearly 6pm and still the same?
Mind you it is day 20....All my other successful hatches occured day 21 and I had from 11 eggs 7 chickes almost hourly!
What should I do,I don't want to keep rummaging under Mumma hen and bothering the Hatching process...
Just leave and let Mother Nature and Mumma hen do there thing?

Yes Good direction to take....
I am going to leave her til tommorrow day 21 and then if neccessary I will do some investigating
