Evening to all! In my chicks that I'm incubating, I have 2 eggs, one that has just one external pip and the other it has pipped around the majority of the egg. The thing is they haven't moved in hours. What should I do? Wait it out or try to help them? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

One of them, the one with just one pip just had some movement. The one that looks like it has been pipped multiple times has sat idle for hours.

When is hatch day? When did the first chick hatch?

This first egg pictured... Have you candled it yet to see if you can see if the chick is still moving?

Hatch day was today but this first chick hatched last night. I haven't candled any of them because the specialty breeder I bought them from said not to candle them.

Don't help, it takes 12-24 hrs for an egg to hatch once it starts. after 24 you can help go slow, if there is blood stop. And keep the incubator closed.
Okay great! How often should I take chicks out? Someone told me on this site to take them out in pairs. That's what I've been doing. Is that right?
