Pipping chick been like this for 2 hours

Is this okay? Is there anything that I should be doing at this point? The sac looks very close to the chick. Is that normal?

Leave the lid closed and humidity up. It can take chicks over a full day from pipping to hatching. He/she is absorbing the yolk sack and blood vessels. Right now the best thing you can do is take a deep breath and walk away. Stressing out won't make the little one get out any faster. Helping too soon is fatal. Step back from the incubator, and let nature take it's course. From pipping to zipping/hatching can take better than 24 hours. Good luck for a successful hatch.

Thank you everyone. I have resisted the urge of even peeking for a good 30 minutes now I'll post a new pic in the morning of, hopefully, progress!

A new chick hatching is a marvel for the soul, but murder on the nerves! Especially when they take a day or more. So far 30 hours is the longest I have had a little one take. Most often I have the majority hatch while I am sleeping. It took me a number of hatches to learn to control the anxiety and not hover.

The usual advice given is to "sit on your hands." so you won't tamper with the eggs in lockdown. I never hatched chicks but, I was a wreck when waiting for puppies to pop out.

The hole is bigger. She/ he keeps expanding their wings and breaking off pieces of shell but not membrane. One other one started too pip this morning. Do you all still think I need to leave it alone?

There is definitely no zipping happening if zipping means going around the shell
