Pipping chick question

Hi so I have 10 eggs in my incubator Thursday was day 21 this morning 2 started piping and one hatched out no problem but when it hatched it rolled my other piping egg over on its air hole I managed to flip it back over but it’s beak isn’t moving to indicate it breathing? Has anyone else had this happen? What should I do?

This is normal behavior, keep an eye on the chick, if it doesn't zip in 24 hours, you may need to hatch assist.

What about where it doesn’t seem to be breathing? It’s beak isn’t moving at all
