Pips but no hatch...help

Hi,
I just joined the forum, this is my 2nd time to hatch. Last year we used a small computerized incubator. Im now using a laarger styrofoam one. We pulled out the turner on day 18 (Sat). Some began pipping Tues. I saw pips on most of the eggs (20) yesterday. Only 1 has hatched. Its day #22. I added water 2 days ago and temp has been steady. Can it take this long (36hrs) after pipping to hatch? They are silkies I had shipped and set within 7 days after they were laid.

Have any hatched? What was your temp and humidity???

If you ran the humidity too high during the beginning your eggs wouldn't have lost enough moisture. If your temp was low they could be late, or weak. Hopefully you've got more chicks by now.
