Vetericyn which is a bit pricey, is very good to use to treat wounds, and if it gets into the eyes, it won’t hurt. It looks like an insect bite or injury/peck wound, but frostbite sometimes makes the comb swell like that. I would just gently squeeze to see if it is abscessed, but combs are very sensitive to pain. Vetericyn can be used twice daily, and plain triple antibiotic/nesoporin ointment is good as well. Good luck, she is a cutie.
