Pithing meaties--what went wrong? (Graphic description of butchering)

NP wrote on this and retells method her husband explains after she told him are bad experiences, well she ads a link to her post that she commented on. I have a month or so to study this process more and I want it to work nice and peaceful the way she describes

Pithing isn't supposed to kill them, the severed jugular vein and blood loss does. They will bled out better if debrained.
