Pizza?

Why are we thanking Maizie for her crazy idea? As if tacos weren't bad enough, now we're going to ruin pizza too?

I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds pretty good! Avocado, olives, salsa, sour cream, cheese, whatever the meat is, peppers.... That will be EPIC!!! I just thought of red beans and rice pizza!! Yes!!!

We have always enjoyed making our own pizza, and a few months ago we purchased a pizza oven. We make a garlic pizza (olive oil, garlic, and cheese). A tomato pizza (pizza sauce with some more basil added to it, cherry tomatoes cut in half, cheese, and bocconcini balls cut in half). A pepperoni pizza (pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheese, and bocconcini balls cut in half). We once made a pizza with things we grew (olive oil, asparagus, mushrooms, and cheese). I’ll try and find photos of them all later.

But, you got to admit taco pizza is an amazing creation for those that love both.

Yeah, I had never thought of red beans and rice on pizza, but sounds interesting.
