I am the first person issued a license and chicken coop permit. I have been working on (and pestering the building officials since April of this year). The original requirements were heat and lights required. Today I had my rough inspection of coop (Three building officials showed up for inspection). Luckily I passed and now will complete coop and schedule a final inspection. I was also informed that they are reviewing and adjusting the requirements for heat and electric so if you are interested in proceeding the requirements are getting easier. I have a construction back ground so I was not detered by original requirements. I should have completed by next week and inspected. I can then move the girls out to the coop.
