Now, this time I want to do meaties as they dont hang about so less time for things to go wrong and more meat on a more professional looking carcass but this forum is full of people who raise poultry for less than market value, even meaties.
And yes, milk cows dont have a great meat to bone ratio but they DO HAVE MEAT, and good meat too
so if I got them cheap and kept them cheap then the meat would be, well, cheap lol and keeping them more than 8 months or so would be great but they make enough meat to be marketable veal at less so there must be something worthwhile on a milk bull calf.
Oh, and I am quite handy at the chopping and packaging of large animals, tis fun even
But keep the ideas and opinions coming, brainstorming like this helps me see the flaws first, instead of jumping in and finding them
