Maple syrup has been used in Canada since before European settlers even discovered the "new land". According to some, it and maple sugar was being made in Canada before recorded history. Today it remains an important part of Canadian history and culture.I saw the word Canada and had to post this.
Someone, and this is recently, broke into the Canadian maple syrup reserve and stole a ton of maple syrup.
WHY DOES CANADA HAVE A MAPLE SYRUP RESERVE IN THE FIRST PLACE???I mean, I know we have oil reserves, but a MAPLE SYRUP RESERVE?
