Much nicer than the wire. They make little trails and I put in tree limbs when I can so they have a place to hide. I only have two pair in there now, so they have LOTS of room. I did put in some perches propped between the sides about 4' high. They like to fly up and call, preen, and get a different view. Seem to be healthy. i did plant some tall grasses inside and out so they can hide.
