Plans for a quial Farm

Does anyone have a layout or set of plans for a commercial quail opperation. I am trying to visulise an efficient commercial opperation. I have listed the following down any additions?

Hatchery
Brooding Room
Growing Rooms
Egg Packaging Room
Slaughter Room
Meat Processing Room
Meat Packaging Room
Reception
Offices
Store
Staff Room & Changing
Reserch Lab

In addition if anyone knows any companies that will do a turnkey fitout I would like any links you have.

Most of the ranches In this region seem to have 1/2 to 1 million birds does this sound like a resonable size.
