We are first time chicken owners and we bought a coop that you put together. It was fine when they were smaller and we didn't know at the time just how big chickens get. The coop said four to eight chickens but it was clearly measured for bantams but only one of my hens is a bantam, the opening for them to get to their sleeping area is actually getting to small for my poor barred rock to get through! I only have four hens at the moment but I plan to get two more in the future so we need to build a coop big enough for six chickens. I'm going to put a pic of the coop I have now because I like its design it just needs to be bigger and it'd be nice if the run like area was tall enough for me to walks into and for it to have a pan like this one. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it!
