plantar facitis

I had it two summers ago. I had started gaining weight then too which wasn't helping. I have since lost some weight, but bought these socks, which helped immensely. It took about a year, and I was able to stop wearing these so much down to hardly ever now.

These. I wear a 7 1/2 to 8 and I had bought two pair in S-M.

And these. Same, S-M. These I liked best as they are mostly cotton, but the ones above are actually firmer feeling, more comforting.

You could find tons of those but thought I'd mention what I'd bought in case you don't like shopping around. :)

I vaguely remember wearing something like this:

thank you!

I suffered terribly with this! Until I went to the Good Feet Store. I had gone to a podiatrist, who sent me to weeks and weeks of Physical Therapy, which helped NOT AT ALL! I got no relief until I went to the Good Feet Store. And yeah, they are pricey. But worth it. I was virtually crippled in both feet, was practically on a walker and thought I was going to end up in a wheelchair. I did not get 100% relief instantly but it did help a lot right away and just kept getting better and now I am pain free.

Oh and I also invested in socks from Feetures, which also helped. Brown's Shoe Store carries these or you can get them on line. Again, a bit pricey, but worth it. Your feet are your foundation. Without a good foundation, you got nothin'. Take care of your feet!
