I want to get a bush or plant that my chickens can eat as a treat and alleviate boredom but i'm worried about getting one that is poisoness or will make their eggs taste funny so I was wondering does anyone have any suggestions?

I think that if you put any plant or bush in their run, they will kill it in a short amount of time just picking at it until there is nothing left. Most runs end up looking like 'moonscapes'. Plant treats are best grown in the garden and fed in the coop or run.

Here's a treats chart that tells what they can have. Near the bottom is a list of what they cannot have. Raw or undercooked beans is one of the no-no's so I would not plant beans.

Instead of planting in the run, you might try planting something just outside the run that will grow on or through the fence, either a vine or a spreading plant. I don't know what might grow in your situation, but you might come up with something.
