plastic shed coop help

I know that there are some on here that have done the plastic coop shed. We just added an addition of a plastic shed and are attaching it to the run.
How did you put up roosts and poop boards in there? Thinking I could hole punh the roost in and then caulk it for stability, but not sure on board. Just lokoing for ideas. The space is only 4 x6 so not huge, but putting two nest boxes in and wanted this as well.

Hi there,

We just recently converted a plastic shed to a coop and we didn't go all out but for the roost we just had it cut to the width of the shed and screwed on either side of the pole straight through the pastic into the pole. It is stable enough for our 7 hens. We also figured if we got more hens we would just screw a small piece of cut 2x4 under each end of the roost for more stability.
