Plastic Strip Door

I think I want to put a plastic strip door in my coop to help keep the birds out. I'm going to use clear vinyl material and cut the strips. What would you recommend to fasten the strips to the coop?

Screws with washerw, roofing nails or something with a flat and big head

Screws with washers...so they can be adjusted if need be.
