Can either the Platinum Poultry and Golden Feather Upgrades change their usernames? How often? Also in regard to the platinum poultry upgrade what do the following things mean:

special group ads
# days between bst bump

No, they can't.. All the benefits are listed in the document about these memberships, here. We will change any member's name, but only once. Just send a moderator a PM. PPM's, however, can change their own title. As a regular member, your title is now "out of the brooder," and is based on how many posts you have made.

Active bst ads is the number of open classified ads a member can have at the same time, in the Buy Sell Trade forum. The days between bumps refers to how often a member can bump his ad, bringing it to the top of the list.

It's "special group badge," and refers to the title, GFM or PPM, in the member's postbit.
