Playhouse to Coop...good deal or nah?

I currently have a pre-fab tiny coop and I've already added onto the run but it is all still a BIG joke when it comes to safety and ventilation not to even mention space.
I have 3 silkies and 1 polish all 8 wks old and live in TENNESSEE.
I ran across this and wanted yalls advice...I just needed some experienced opinions and help regarding this playhouse I have the opportunity to get.
It is 6' 3" square and made of cedar wood. I know I will need to do hardware cloth at the windows, where the board is missing at the top on left at back I could remove the others all the way across and put in hardware cloth for additional ventilation.
Easy enough to add a door and build a ramp on backside.
It is 4-5 years old, does not leak, has asphalt roll roofing, and decking for flooring.
I would have to pay $600 plus a mover to relocate it. I'm guessing that will be around $300 based on what I'm seeing online in my area.

It can certainly be done with a few modifications, but with a price tag of $1k you could probably find materials and build your own cheaper.

That's nice! But worth $900? I'm not sure, Even with the current inflated lumber prices, I think you could be build one that's just as nice for less. it's also cedar, chickens shouldn't be around cedar but if it's old enough it might not do anything.

You could price out what it would cost you to build. A sheet of plywood is still $52 here and a 2”x4” is still pushing $10.

You're not building a house for you to live in, its for chickens. Look for cull wood, shipping crates, pallets, etc. Most of it will be free and if you design and build it correctly, it will just as strong and durable.

There are some amazing coops that people have built out of pallets.
It truly depends on what you want and how much you are willing to spend on the coop and run. No matter what you decide on, your flock will enjoy it.

Haggle them a bit me personally I think 600 for that is a steal all you would have to do is go pick it up maybe a tiny little bit of hardware cloth for reinforcement you can rent a trailer from tsc if you have a suv or a truck

I put this on the other thread (didn't realize it wasn't yours): That looks pretty nice, and I can see how you can get ventilation in easily by removing some of the top boards right under the roofline. Wonder what is the discoloration on the ceiling, or if that's just the natural weathering of the wood?
