This is the queen bee, Rufouser, our BO. She was named by my teenage daughter. She is 14 weeks old and came from Ideal Poultry via the local feed store.
This is the king (at least I think roo). He is 12 weeks and came from Tractor Supply. Also in the pic are two dominiques, an EE, a brown leghorn and a golden comet.
These are two Speckaled Hamburg pullets from McMurray. They are very skittish.
Two Anconas in the back and a very beautiful Blue Andalusian. All pullets and all from McMurray. I do have a BA roo and cannot wait to put some eggs in the incubator.

I thought I would snap a few pictures with my phone this morning of my girls (and couple of guys) in the rain after I threw some cantalope seeds and rhine in the compost pile. Well, I guess it is not a pile anymore, my chickens love scratching in it. I pile it up....they spread it out. I add scraps.....they eat them. All in all it works well. And the absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE watermelon and cantalope.
