Playing keep away?

I think my chicks like to play tag or keep away. I've seen them do this at least twice. One chick gets a wood shavings chip and starts running around with it. The others get excited and start chasing her. Eventually another chick will get THE wood chip and then the race centers around her. It is hilarious to watch!

One of my girls like bones(with cats she finds lots of bones) she runs around with a bone and the others chase her.last week our dog brought his marrow bone outside and Dusty the chicken who likes bones walked up to the dog and started eating the marrow out of the bone.it was very funny when she tried to take the bone with her, but it was to big for her to carry

Today I caught my 4 week old barred rock playing keep away from my glp. She had one of her feathers in her mouth and was running from the rest. They all were trying to catch her

Mine do this with grapes. DH saw it one time, and started doing a play-by-play as if it were a football game.

"....and she could. go. all. the. way! TOUCHDOWN!!!"
