Pleas Help Sick Flock!!!

so this morning i went out only to find one of my hens gasping for air and making a raspy sound the rest are sneezing and shaking there heads back and fourth and opening there mouths? what to i do to treat this and any idea what it is???? im soo upset

My rooster has been doing the same thing. Except he does not shake his head. He crows like he has a sore throat. There is no discharge from his eyes or beak. I do not know how to help him.
