Please be a pullet

This is Jade, my 8 week old BBS Orpington X BBS Ameraucana cross.
I'm really hoping she's a she, but after hearing several people say cockerel I've been nervous.
I just took these pics tonight.

I don't know why her blues look so dark in some of the pics. I can usually tell pretty easily, but her comb seems big for her age, and flushes red often. I'm thinking pullet but just want confirmation. Thanks.

Pullet!! Her waddles look small and comb is a very light pink

I don't see any particular cause for alarm at the moment...the people who told you cockerel are probably looking at the sickle feathers on the tail--but since there's Ameraucana in the mix, that's not a strong indication.

Yeah, I noticed those too.
She looked pretty masculine when she was a bit younger...
