Please be a pullet!

I was given this bird with the understanding it was a pullet, but now I'm second guessing.
It's about 5 weeks old now and is a Black Copper Marans. Any thoughts? I might need to get some better pics

I also say pullet - this is my 5 week old black copper marans. Looks like a roo. Sigh...
