I agree she is a she. I have BO and the ones I hatched there are 2 very definite rooster and they are only 8 weeks and it has been easy to tell for a few weeks now,so, I think by now you would know for sure. When I first got mine I had one girl I thought was maybe a boy but now that I have raised from egg as well there is a definite difference LOL.
So I think you are safe to say pullet.

Looks like my girls too. My roo BO started getting a comb EARLY - like at 4 weeks - and was very different from my other BO's.

He is center in the pic with his head slightly turned. This was when my suspicions started, but I would say it is a girl.

And it's just WAY TOO EARLY for eggplants!!! LOL! Love it!
