I am a newbie and I get grossed out really easily. I was trying to clean them and use them from the fridge. Is it necessary to clean off the bloom before using the eggs!?! Oh my! Showing off how new I am to this lol!

It's better to leave the bloom on, it keeps the eggs fresh. If you don't wash them, you can keep them on the counter for weeks. Unless your kitchen is very hot. It's not necessary to wash them at all unless they're poopy.
If you do wash them, you have to refrigerate them though, so you're good.:]

You have to wash to refrigerate but you don't have to wash the whole Bloom off.

Why do you have to wash to refrigerate. If my eggs are clean (no poop or mud on them) when I find them they go right in if I want them to and they are fine
Because of germs, they have invisible germs on the outside and when you cool the eggs they pull in the germs contaminating the egg, same reason you wash eggs with warm water.
