    Largest I know of are Jersy Giants. They get to be 2-2.5 ft tall, roughly, according to the breed standard but I don't doubt someone out there is still trying for bigger. I have never seen a 3 ft chicken. :/

    I've heard of 3.5 feet chickens but I'm not quiet sure which breed that would be...
