I’m sorry, I wish I could help more, but I’m just about to go to bed, and I’m not really sure how to help. I would separate her, then try and gently clean the wound, then maybe put some sort of spray on it... is it possible the hen pecked her or something? Sorry, I’m really tired and not sure if this is the right advice, hopefully someone with more experience can help you.
