Please help! 5 week old gosling with hard crop

I need help, we don't have avian vets here and I have a 5 week old gosling with a hard crop who won't move, eat, or drink. Out of desperation I very slowly syringed some olive oil down her and messaged her crop. Her only hope is whatever home remedies you guys know. Please help me to help her.

Getting water into her is the best way to get an impacted crop moving. Give only water, no food, and keep massaging the crop. Crop surgery can be performed by your vet. Here are some links and a video of crop surgery:

She died at 4AM this morning. We had cleared her crop and got her pooping again, but she died. I think it was niacin defiency along with the fact that our feed distributor didn't tell us that the now only sold medicated turkey starter.

Sorry for your loss. I'm a big label reader, always looking for the best feed in my area, which is limited. You might try using Avian Super Pack (1/4 tsp. per gallon of water) vitamins 3 days a week with your birds. That along with Probios Dispersible Powder in the water also 3 days a week will keep them in good shape in case of feed problems.
