Hi,
I came out to the barn to find my 3 year old rooster soaked and shaking. He had a horribly bloody face and the upper eyelid of his eye is stuck in the lower lid. I know fights are normal, but this is the worst by far. My guess is that he got trapped in the goats water bucket and our other rooster attacked. I have him laying in the sun next to me at the moment. He is sleeping and occasionally shaking. His voice is incredibly hoarse and he sounds very weak. I have noticed an excess amount of saliva also, which he didn't have yesterday. I need to know if I should put him down or try to bear through it.
Sorry for any spelling mistakes, I'm on my phone.
Thanks for answers in advance
