Rooster got in a fight! I think!

Get some Chlorhexidine, preferably not in an alcohol solution. Hibiscrub would do if you can get it where you are..

If you can't see blood dripping anywhere then leave him until roost time and check him over then. If he's bleeding profusely then you'll need to deal with that sooner. If he gets stressed his heart beats faster and this makes him bleed more so calm is the keyword here.
If he has had a scrap with a rat and he has been bitten then a triple antibiotic ointment should be applied to the cuts after cleaning with the Chlorhexidine. Rats bites are prone to cause infections so when you check him over make a proper job of it.
He's going to be pissed off for a while and this is normal.
Hello will check him over again!
My wife sprayed Verticyn plus on him after we bathed and cleaned his head

That sounds pretty drastic for a rat, but they can attack poultry so I wouldn't be surprised- are you sure you can't see any wounds? He may be in shock, put him somewhere safe, ideally quiet, warm and dark/dim.
Just a heads up, this thread was accidentally posted in the incubation/hatching section, you'll get better replies if you post in the emergency section.
I'll tag someone who might be able to help @TwoCrows

Where has the dried blood come from? His comb and wattles which usually pump out a lot of blood after a cock fight for example look fine.
Find the wound and get a picture of that.

I did another examination of his body and could not find anything. I am wondering if the rat took the brunt of the damage and a majority of the blood was the rats. Update I have him in a cat carrier that closes with a gate. In the cat carrier I placed a nice bedding of wood chips with a small bowl of food and water with vitamins. That was several hours ago and when my wife and I checked him, just a few moments ago, he had drunk some water and taken a little food. He was standing and looking around whereas prior he was very lethargic. I gotta tell ya my heart was breaking seeing him that way. I am hoping for best but I think that he has turned a corner. YAY!!!!!

Is he your only rooster?

To me he looks like he's been in a fight with another rooster.

I'd get some saline or make some, rinse his face really well with the saline and get all the debris and blood off. Work on getting his eyes open. You can rinse those with saline too.

Put a bit of triple antibiotic ointment on the facial tissue and if needed, put a dot in each eye or you can get some Terramycin eye ointment.
Likely he'll have some foamy eyes for a day or two, rinse them out daily as needed.

Work on hydration, get some sugar water into him. If this was not a rat and another rooster, this guy is beaten down and will need some encouragement to regain his vigor. Once drinking, start him eating if possible.

Do you see any maggots on him?
