Please help ASAP something wrong with my Cornish cross

3 and a half week old Cornish cross gasping. I have no idea what’s wrong. I have 27 of them and this is the only one doing this.it is just constantly has its neck extended upward and gasping. Please help.

Welcome to BYC - sorry for the circumstances. There may be something stuck in its throat, but more likely it is having a heart attack - not uncommon with Cornish X. I would place the bird in a dark/secluded spot and monitor. Sorry.

Thank you for your response. So I don’t know if this makes a difference, but a horn just blew in distance and this sick bird that I thot couldn’t even get up, jumped up and ran into shelter with the rest

It almost looks like possibly gape worm
