My brother got a chick from his friend a couple days ago. It’s just started to grow feathers on its wings. But something happened last night where this morning it’s on one side and gasping for air. I started to give it this mixture that my brother said would help the chick and now it’s opening it’s eyes and moving a lot more ( but it still can’t stand longer than a couple of seconds). But it’s breathing is still slow and it’s moving it’s neck in circles and clicks when breathing

Welcome to BYC - sorry for the problems. Are you providing supplemental heat for the chick ?
How old is the chick?
Can you please take a video upload to you tube or similar view platform and come right back and post the link here?
It may be a nutritional deficiency called wry neck but I’d have to see the behavior to make a better judgement.
Also is it under a heat lamp?
Hypothermia might be taking place for sure.

My gut says your chick is chilled and needs to be warmed up. Incompletely feathered chicks need supplemental heating to a minimum of around 85 F.
