Oh gosh I'm worried for that little one. Has it eaten any food at all? Any poop? Can you check his bottom to see if the vent might be blocked or crusted over? Also do you have a thermometer at all because it could be too warm even, high temps will make a chick very lethargic. Are you feeding poultry vitamins in the water?

He has eaten and is still pooping and peeing regularly.the vent is not blocked though

I don’t have a thermometer but he chirps when I move the lamp away. There is no store on Hawaii that ik of that sells poultry vitamins so I’ve been using a sugar, water, baking soda, and salt mixture
