PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a chicken that gets pecked at a lot and is basically in shock from my dog almost pulling her out from under the fence (yes my dog is in big big big trouble) anyway after that indecent I put her in a corner and put chicken wire up separating her from the others.Today she figured out how to get out and was pecked soooo hard her head is all scabbed over and you can like see through the skin!!!!!and to go along with that she cant walk she can stand but she cant walk???????? please help asap because I have no clue whats going on and I think she needs help fast ..... I am very scared for her please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh also tonight she will be in a large box in the back of our pick up truck (the topper is on) she is eating and drinking just fine . my first thought was can chickens get colic but if they can and if there symtoms are like horses she wouldn't be eating (I also have three horses)so I have no clue she is a little over a year old and has never been hurt/sick. she has not layed any eggs since the incedent happened which is about 4 days I am not too worried about that though because she is an Americana and our two don't lay often please if you have any clue what so ever as to what is going on please help!!!!! my other thought was to get rid of the one chicken who thinks he is boss and pecks three of the 6 other chickens. if my poor chicken gets any worse though I hate to do this ,I may just put her out of her misery any suggestions as what to do????? though I dout this has anything to do with my sick chicken I will say this anyway in case it helps I guess,i have been holding my sick chicken in my arms a lot yesterday I found this weird rash in the inside of my elbow I am not suer if this has anything to do with this I thought I would just add that In there
