My hen was found one day with a dislocated/cross beak. She didn’t seem in pain and continued to eat and drink still so all was well I guess.

I always have kept a close eye on her but just found her looking completely beaten up..the top of her head (comb area) towards the right side of the head is extremely swolen

I started to clean out her beak and blood/bloody goo was in her beak.

I have no idea what I should do!

First pic is of her bloody mouth
The last two pictures are with her beak cleaned

What day did you find her? Has she been able to drink water or eat? A fractured beak is pretty serious as far as survival goes. Is a vet possible? You can flush her wound with saline or use a wound spray from the feed store, and chlorhexidene is always a good antiseptic. Plain antibiotic ointment can be put on wounds. But if she has suffered a head injury and her beak is fractured, I would consider the possibility of putting her down. You would be the best person to determine if that needs to be done to prevent suffering. An avian vet would be best to repair a broken beak, but very expensive. You can learn about tube feeding and give her nutrition and water that way. A 35 ml syringe from the feed store and a 12 inch section of aquarium air tubing found at Walmart can work to crop or tube feed liquids and raw egg. Some feed stores may sell a baby goat tube feeding set that would work for thicker foods. So sorry this happened.
