please help before I have to rehome the roosters

ok i live in the city and I am only allowed to have 4 hens and no roosters. I would like to know asap I have someone from work willing to rehome the roosters but I really want to keep them if there hens. I am also tring to decide what to do before the kids get to attached to them. My concerns are the 1 barred rock with the larger comb and the black australorp. please look at the pics and give me your thoughts. Oh the black australorp i believe has a pea comb which i have read could be crossed with americauna or is a easter egger?

The barred rock is a cockerel. I'm not sure about the other one. How old are they?

I'm quite sure they are both roosters, the Astrolorp's comb looks more like a Walnut comb than a Pea comb. Which means the exact breed will be hard to determine as a Walnut comb is a mix between 2 breeds, one having a rose, the other having a pea comb. Hope this helped.

You have a barred cockerel and pullet. The cockerel has the larger red comb, and more white in his barring. In the last two pictures, the pullet is standing behind him and the black cockerel.

The black chick is also a cockerel, and he is not an Australorp. He has a pea comb, and Australorp's have single combs. He may be an Easter Egger, or who knows what? But, considering the comb and some of the feathers around the neckline that are getting dark, shinny and pointy, he is without a doubt a cockerel.
